Eileen Davidson
Look for Kristen DiMera‘s reign come to an end in Salem. Soap Digest has reported that Eileen Davidson has wrapped her run on NBC’s “Days of our Lives” on July 16, 2013. As the show tapes months in advance, expect to see Davidson/Kristen throughout the remainder of the year. Executive Producer Ken Corday released a statement about the departure:
“The Kristen story wrap-up is just fantastic; she was just glorious. The official word there is that Eileen Davidson is leaving the show to take some time out with her family. Will she come back? We’ll see. But she’s not going to another show. I am thankful for all she’s brought to us. It was the first shot in the arm we needed. A big shot in the arm.”
Adding to list of “DAYS” departures include that of Chandler Massey (Will Horton) and Casey Deidrick (Chad DiMera). Rumor is also circulating that Camila Banus (Gabi Hernandez) may also be departing the soap.
Davidson returned to the series last year after leaving the role in 1998. Just how will they wrap up her story?
