Sheree J. Wilson
With Charlene Tilton and Steve Kanaly already locked into appearing in the upcoming season of the web series, “DeVanity,” why not add another “DALLAS” alum to the roster?
Sheree J. Wilson, who played on the CBS primetime soap for five seasons as April Stevens, is set to appear as Lara and Portia’s mother, Claudia Miller! Creator and executive producer of “DeVanity,” Michael Caruso, had this to say about the latest casting addition:
“Claudia has never been a nice woman, but this year we ratchet up the nasty factor as she lashes out at Jason with every ounce of venom she has in her. Lara’s mother is NOT the kind of woman you want to screw with. Sheree is one of those actresses that I have been a long time fan of that brings a sense of slinky sex appeal, and merciless authority to the part of Claudia. I really wanted something different this time around with the character, and it was a no brainer to have someone with Sheree’s extraordinary acting ability to play a bitch on wheels like Claudia. I think people are going to get a real kick out of seeing her play such a different character from the kind hearted April Stevens. It’s a real treat for me that she’s joining us this year.”
Aside from her work on “DALLAS,” Wilson also played the role of Alexandra for the entire run of “Walker, Texas Ranger,” on CBS. Recently, the actress just finished production on a Hallmark Original movie, “Christmas Belle,” alongside C. Thomas Howell and Hayley Duff.
Aside from Tilton and Kanaly, the other list of notable guest stars that are to appear in the upcoming season of “DeVanity” include Gordon Thomson, Andrea Evans, and Kyle Lowder.
